Preserve West Capital acquired the asset in April 2014. The lease was scheduled to expire and we negotiated a new 10 year renewal. The property is strategically located at a signalized intersection and strategically located at the corner entrance of a to-be-developed 10 acre grocery anchored shopping center. The shopping center will be anchored by Raley’s and will be home to their new flagship location that will be relocated from their current location across the street. Preserve West Capital intends to remodel the branch and incorporate them into the new center. This branch also has historically high deposits.
