Vahe Nokhoudian is an Associate of the brokerage division of Preserve West Capital and provides services to private and institutional clients on the disposition and acquisition of leased investment properties nationwide. Prior to Preserve West Capital, Vahe performed underwriting and analysis for the Leased Investment Group – Maffia Team at Newmark Cornish & Carey Commercial. In total, he has worked with the team on over 150 transactions worth in excess of $700 million in consideration. Vahe holds a B.A. with a major in Political Economy from the University of California, Berkeley. He resides in Alameda with his girlfriend.
Lindsey Lantis Snider is a Vice President of the Brokerage Division of Preserve West Capital, advising institutional and private capital clients on the disposition and acquisition of leased investment properties nationwide. Lindsey has over 15 years of experience specializing in the sale of single tenant retail properties, multi-tenant shopping centers, sale-leaseback portfolio dispositions, and 1031 exchange transactions. Lindsey joined Preserve West Capital from CBRE, where she was a Vice President of the Retail Investment Team in the Bay Area. In this role, she handled all client relations, marketing, business development, and transaction management for the team, completing more than 250 transactions totaling over $1 billion in consideration. She began her career in commercial real estate as an analyst for Sovereign Investment Company, a private equity investment firm, focused on acquiring long-term net-leased retail, restaurant, office, and industrial assets. At Sovereign, she evaluated over $1 billion in potential real estate acquisitions and participated in the close of $177 million in transactions. Lindsey attended Santa Clara University and holds a Bachelor of Science from the business school with a major in Economics. Lindsey lives in San Jose with her husband and two sons.
Putnam Daily is a Partner at Preserve West Capital and provides services to institutional and private capital clients on the disposition and acquisition of leased investment properties. After four years with Cassidy Turley Northern California (now Cushman & Wakefield), he joined Cornish & Carey Commercial (now Newmark Knight Frank) in February 2010 with Mike Maffia to form the Leased Investment Group – Maffia Team. Putnam has extensive experience representing developers, owners, and private capital clients on the sale of leased investment properties nationwide; with a focus on newly constructed commercial properties, he has completed nearly $4.0 billion in transactions totaling more than 12 million square feet. He has completed more than 650 transactions in his career. He holds a B.A. with a double major in History and Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley. Putnam lives in San Francisco with his wife and two sons.
Todd Oliver is a partner at Preserve West Capital and has spent his entire career in the retail business. He brings considerable leasing knowledge to the Investment division of Preserve West Capital. Over the course of his career, Todd has been involved in leasing more than 2 million square feet of ground-up retail development in Northern California. In addition, Todd has represented many retailers as they have expanded throughout Northern California, including Costco, BJ’s Restaurant & Brewery, Sleep Train, Walgreens, Office Depot, Men’s Wearhouse, Bank of America and many more. His reputation and relationships are his most valuable assets. Todd holds a B.A. with a double major in Economics and Geography from the University of California, Santa Barbara and lives with his wife and four children in Menlo Park.
Mike Maffia is a partner at Preserve West Capital and has been involved in over $4 billion of commercial real estate transactions. Mike brings extensive capital markets expertise to the advisory, acquisition and development roles of Preserve West Capital. Prior to founding Preserve West Capital, Mike was a top producer at Cassidy Turley Northern California (now Cushman & Wakefield) and then later at Cornish & Carey Commercial (now Newmark Grubb Knight Frank) where he formed the Leased Investment Group – Maffia Team. He holds a B.A. in Economics and an M.S. in Applied Economics and Finance, both from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Mike lives in Portola Valley with his wife and three kids.
