The acquisition entailed the assemblage of two separate parcels, one including approximately 20,000 square feet of multi-tenant retail strip, and another parcel that included 60,000 square foot grocery store tenanted by Raley’s. By assembling the shopping center we added further value by remodeling the grocery anchor space and securing a long term lease. Store sales for Raley’s continue to increase since our acquisition and remodel of the center. This property is strategically located in a mature market. To the north, Del Webb and Atherton Homes are approximately 50% complete with a residential development that will include over 1,400 new homes upon build-out.
